The hemoglobin A1C that is referred to is a test that gives us an idea of one´s overall blood glucose control for 2 or 3 months. With this latest value of 7.8%, that is the lowest that [your client] has had in at least 4 years. That really is excellent news.

My Philosophy

I believe that everyone, regardless of age, has a need to stay physically active to the level that his or her body allows.

Push Up

As we get older our metabolism can slow down, our bones can become brittle, our arteries clog, and stress is ever present at work and at home. Do you really want to risk having to take medication the rest of your life for high cholesterol or diabetes when a simple exercise program might do the trick? Even when we watch what we eat, it’s too easy to put on an extra pound or two every year. Ten years and twenty pounds from now, you will not like what you see! You need to start soon. Today!

I know keeping to an exercise routine is easier said than done. Life gets in the way. Earning a living and meeting the demands of children, spouse, and home seem to take up every living minute. But somehow, we need to find just a little time. By that, I mean, just three hours a week. One hour, three times a week plus travel will keep you fit. But you need to work "smart," with a plan tailored to your needs and abilities.

Lunge

Three hours a week… compare that to the time we all waste watching TV and surfing the web. "Lack of time" is really a non-issue because all of us will "make" time for the things we enjoy doing. Let me help you find an exercise mode that you enjoy doing. If we can do that, you will keep yourself fit for the rest of your life.

And I will have accomplished my mission… one more time.
